Q: How to update from one license (subscription plan) to another?
A: It’s possible to update current subscription plan to another. Site script does not support plan update. You can send a subscription update request to support@role-editor.com. I will upgrade your account manually after we receive the discussed payment.
Update policy
- 1 year subscription plan can be updated to other 1 year plan at any time. For example, update from Pro Personal to Pro Business costs $79 – $29 = $50;
- Lifetime plan can be updated to other lifetime plan at any time. For example, update from Pro Personal Lifetime to Pro Unlimited Lifetime costs $318- $87 = $231;
- 1 year subscription plan can be updated to lifetime plan during 3 months from the date of purchase. For example, update from Pro Personal to Pro Personal Lifetime costs $87 – $29 = $58.
