Allow Custom Role to Publish Custom Post Type

Hi,

I have a custom role of photographer and a custom post type of photos

I have checked and publish_photos is checked but when I come to add at wp-admin/post-new.php?post_type=photo, it only says submit for review

The custom post type was created using the plugin: https://wordpress.org/plugins/custom-post-type-ui/

Any ideas?

Hi,

I need more information: show ‘Settings->User Role Editor->Additional Modules’ tab screenshot and what value is set at the ‘CPT UI->Edit Post Types->Capability Type’ field for the ‘photo’ custom post type.
