Attaching roles to groups

How can this be done with user role editro plugin please ?

in our example we have companies (= group of users), users and access levels.

We need to separate groups from accesses: we need to define access levels and then grant some access levels to some groups.

For example we define the ‘special customer ‘ access level and we create several groups of users (= several companies) who are granted this access levels. Then all the users of these groups can access the ‘special customer’ ressources.

How can it be done please?
