Better notification, user role editor pro keep wordpress send classic mail inste

Hello there,
Curently using Better notification and user role editor pro.
I have created a custom mail for pass word reset, but the classic wordpress’ was been sent instead.

Doing a quick plugin check (activate/desactivate) to see where it was coming from, i found that the problem seems to be with user role editor.

Any clue of what is happening ?
