Buddypress Buddy Bar Hidden

I am using the boss theme and most users cannot see the profile options which are referred to as the Buddy Bar.

admins can so i think it is very likely a URE setting.

can you advise what setting may control this so i can test please.

It’s difficult to make assumption about a reason without access to the theme. You may send its copy to support [at-sign] role-editor.com for the evaluation.
Please show on the screenshot, what part is not available to non-admin users.
What role did you assign for such user?
