create access to a block

Hi
I have a plugin/ block which is very useful for us , BUT it is working only with admin rights. Editor role have no access on it
when i look at the user role editor admin page i did’nt see the possibity to give admin rights to this
the plugins is Books reviews block

I have found :
i give to editor role the rights to ” Manage option” and now the editor can use BRB ‘books review block”
