Deleting Roles

When I try to delete a role, I get a very truncated list. I have many many roles and only about 20 show up when I click the delete roles button. What am I doing wrong or is this just bad design/development?

Role is included into the list for deletion just if it is not assigned to any user. If you wish to delete some role, which you don’t see at this list, you should revoke it from your users 1st.
