We’ve been trying for a few days but can’t seem to figure out how to grant access to our Editors for the plugin called Fix Alt Text.
It puts itself under the Tools menu. We’ve been able to enable the Tools options for everything BUT this plugin.
Which option allows the visibility of this plugin? Or do we need to add some additional code to our functions.pho file to make the option visible?
The required user capability for this plugin is ‘edit_pages’. So I suppose that your editor role has this capability. Grant it to the role editor if it does not have it.
This plugin includes own “User Access Options” section at the bottom of its Tools->Fix Alt Text” page. So open under admin, click “Change Settings”, the turn ON desired checkbox for editor role.
