Hide Admin Bar is NOT selected but it is not showing for a Role

Hi. A role does not have Hide Admin Bar selected, but all Users for that Role are NOT seeing it. https://www.screencast.com/t/8JkoFLyReIl I checked their Users, and “Show Toolbar when viewing site” is selected. https://www.screencast.com/t/LkwBtU4rsdf1 What else could this be?

Hi,

1) if user has a second role granted, look if “Hide Admin Bar” is selected for that role.
2) Try deactivate all plugins. Will it help? If Yes, activate plugins back one by one and make new test, until isolate plugin which causes the issue.
