On the site and in store people sign up to be members. There is a member10 and member 15 level. With this they get discounts to the store. Is there a way to import a CSV sheet of the customers with the correct user role?
Look at the Import users from CSV with meta plugin. It allows to import users with roles. Read documentation carefully.
