Need support to renew subscription and get latest pro version

I have the pro version and unable to renew my subscription (never got a renewal notice) need a contact person email? Both emails here bounce back to me: [email protected] and [email protected] . when I log into my account the request payment link does not send anything to me. Please provide some support info and options to get a renewal so I can get the latest version? Thank you for your time.
