Post edit access enhancements

When trying to limit access to specific posts or pages (individual, category, or author), there’s only the Allow or Prohibit toggle option. It would be great to have the option similar to Publish Press Permissions Pro where you can have any combination of access exceptions (allow/disallow). It also gives you the option to include sub-pages or not for each exception. You can also easily select pages by name instead of looking up the IDs. Having the option to pick from a list for pages, categories, and authors vs. specifying their IDs would also be much more user friendly.
