Too many redirects

I am having an issue with one user when they login (they are in their own role) where they can access the other plugin sections fine. if they try to visit the dashboard or the media library they get a too many redirects message. As soon as I deactivate the URE plugin then they have no problem accessing those sections. What is causing this? I don’t want to leave the URE inactive on this site. I need it.

What is set for this user role at ‘Admin Menu’ module? Show a screenshot.

Not sure which Admin Menu module you mean so here are several screenshots.

I think I just found the problem. I used the Admin Menu Editor Pro plugin to give them access to the Dashboard and I had it blocked in URE so I think that was causing the redirection loop.

Hi Vladimir, i have the same problem when install the plugin on the online wordpress (hosted on namecheap) in the local instance is working fine.

Hi @a-malasi,

Give me more details. Did you try to isolate a reason?

Deactivate all plugins except URE. If issue will gone after that, then there is a conflict with some plugin. Activating plugins back one by one and testing you can find which.

If only URE is responsible for redirection, what settings you made after which it appear? At what path (URL without domain) the redirection takes place? I
