Share more details on your settings:
1) Confirm that Visual Composer plugin is active
2) Show a screenshot of the role and ‘admin menu’ window for that role (with which you get mentioned notices).I will try to repeat this issue to isolate and fix a problem.
P.S. Numbers 4.25.2 included into changes list information are related to the free version of URE (core) on base of which Pro version is built. The latest version of URE Pro is 4.25.
