User Role Does Not Save After Changing Role

Hi,
When I change a user’s role via the drop down menu on a profile page such as /wp-admin/user-edit.php?user_id=32, the change I made in the drop down does not save after I hit the save button.
Is this a known error?
Is there a solution to this?
Please let me know what information you need.

Hi Josh,

It’s a 1st report about a problem of this kind. Let’s try to isolate a reason on the dev site. I wait username/password so I can to login with admin privileges and try to isolate the issue.
