When user prohibit to access certain page, instead of 404, redirect

Hi,

If it is possible to redirect user to certain page, instead of just showing user 404 page?

This would be valuable, especially it can be used as a sales point. i.e. if user not able to access the page, it redirect to another page that have information about the content that the user is restricted, and also a sales button.

Hope this can be implemented (Or the feature already exists?)
