White Text in Editor

I’ve got white text in the Pages editor, and the buttons for Screen Options, Help, etc. don’t work.

I’m using User Role Editor Pro, and I’ve set up a user that can only edit two specific pages. In the Admin role, I don’t have this problem, but my user can only edit one of the two pages successfully. If I add the “Manage Options” capability to the user, they can edit the page without a problem, but I don’t want to do that.
