Woocommerce Shop Manager Can’t Read Order Notes

We think we may need to add a custom capability but not sure how to target it. The role Shop Manager can create order notes but can’t read them, even the one they created. By default the Shop Manager should be able to read order notes as well as create them. The URL is premiumdynamiceyewear.com

Hi Tina,

I created an order under Administrator at my test site, added 1 customer note and 1 private note. Then I logged in as Shop Manager and opened that order. I see both order notes from admin.
Please describe me your scenario to reproduce the issue and try to find the solution.
