That’ s a pity. Thanks anyway.
summerfeelingParticipantAddendum: I found the solution with the shortcodes. But I don’t want to overburden the editor of the page to work with shortcodes. Currently I use Divi Display Logic. With this it is possible to assign a CSS ID to the Divi module, which then controls the visibility for the user role. Is something similar possible with the User Role Editor?
summerfeelingParticipantThat was actually a good keyword and I’m annoyed that I didn’t come up with it on my own.
I swapped Yoast for Rankmath. Rankmath has its own role system. That was deactivated. But I activated that and granted this role 2 rights over the Rankmath rights system and now it works again. The devil is sometimes really in the detail. 😉Many thanks again for the common error search and the great teamwork. (:
Many greetings
summerfeelingParticipantHello,
thank you for your support. I get this displayed in the console:
JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1 post-metabox.js?ver=1.0.28.1:1 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property 'replace' of undefined at e.value (post-metabox.js?ver=1.0.28.1:1) at new e (post-metabox.js?ver=1.0.28.1:1) at t.value (post-metabox.js?ver=1.0.28.1:1) at t.value (post-metabox.js?ver=1.0.28.1:1) at new u (post-metabox.js?ver=1.0.28.1:1) at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (post-metabox.js?ver=1.0.28.1:1) at i (load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-position,moxiejs,plupload&ver=5.2.2:2) at Object.fireWith [as resolveWith] (load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-position,moxiejs,plupload&ver=5.2.2:2) at Function.ready (load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-position,moxiejs,plupload&ver=5.2.2:2) at HTMLDocument.J (load-scripts.php?c=1&load[]=jquery-core,jquery-migrate,utils,jquery-ui-core,jquery-ui-widget,jquery-ui-position,moxiejs,plupload&ver=5.2.2:2)
It’s interesting that this only happens with this user role. Can you do anything with it?
Many greetings
summerfeelingParticipantMail just left. Thank you very much for your help. (:
summerfeelingParticipantHi Vladimir,
in the Divi settings for the user roles I have actually already checked before. All permissions are active. Where can I send you the current version? (:
summerfeelingParticipantI must now reopen the topic. Since one of the last updates these settings don’t work anymore. I can open the visual editor in the frontend, but I don’t see an editor in the backend anymore. Where do I get the thinking error?
Many greetings,
Levent14/03/2019 at 07:26 in reply to: Only make text available to a user group via CSS class or short code? #5583summerfeelingParticipantSuper cool. Thank you so much Vladimir. (:
summerfeelingParticipantThank you for your answer. Forgive me my poor understanding of English: Does that mean in plain language that only the link can be made “invisible” to Updraft?
summerfeelingParticipantThat makes sense and sounds logical. Thank you for your help. (:
summerfeelingParticipantHello, Vladimir,
thank you very much for your efforts. This was because no “admin menu access” rights were assigned to the User Levent. If you try again now, you will be able to reconstruct this phenomenon. 😉
Many greetings,
LeventsummerfeelingParticipantDone. Thank you. (:
summerfeelingParticipantPlease excuse me if I have to ask again: But when I activate the “admin menu access”, the “activate visual builder” disappears in the admin bar. I’ve been experimenting with space for a long time now to narrow that down. In the end, I found out that this is actually due to this function. How can I change this without having to do without the “admin menu access”?
When the admin menu access is disabled:

ScreenshotsummerfeelingParticipantDue to the GDPR I had no possibility to react earlier. That worked out wonderfully. Many thanks for the great support. I learn to appreciate this plugin over and over again, because it is really well thought out. And a plugin is beside its functions only as good as the support. (:
summerfeelingParticipantOkay. I understand. But what I don’t understand: Why don’t I see the profile here like on your example or instruction link?
