In order to provide access to this plugin you need to add those capabilities to the user role. For example, let’s create new custom user role with access to the Smart Slider 3 functionality. We will use User Role Editor for that:
1) create new role ‘smart’ as a copy of ‘subscriber’ role:
2) Add all user capabilities to this new role.
