Custom capabilty

Hi, i am currently using the user editor pro, i try using the shop manager role but the custom capability will not change, it keep going back to full setting, please i need your help urgently

To what plugin do that custom capabilities belong?

i am currently using the version 4.19.b4.

the problem is, when i make changes to the user role, using the shop manager, customer and subscription role most of the time the changes will not be effective.

i install the plugin in the network and in the main site as well, sometime it work, if i make a changes to the role and update it in the network and on the main site using the update network button or the update button in the main site the change will not be effective.
