Excluded Role can still see post in Recent Posts

Hi!
Great plugin, but I’ve got a big problem.
I’ve excluded a role from a post and that works just fine. When I try to visit the post URL as that role I get blocked.
But on the start page we have a widget with recent posts, and the post shows up there no matter what role you have: http://screencast.com/t/avgEcMXqxa
This is a big problem and the reason why we registered for the Pro version, but that didn’t seem to automatically solve the problem. How can we get around it?

I need that widget to test and look on the source code. Is it a WordPress built-in or a custom one?
Custom code may use direct SQL query to the database and, thus, ignore any filters URE Pro sets for the posts queries made via WordPress API. Could you provide that plugin or theme?
