License Key Field is missing

HI. We have URE installed on a site and the same client of ours needed a second similar site so we cloned the site. When I go to the User Role Editor Options, then the General tab, the License Key field is missing. When we copied the site, the roles came across, but I can’t update the key. https://www.screencast.com/t/idnLOnSJl I realized that because the Additional Modules are missing. How do I get the the field back for me to enter the license key? I tried searching the forum for this.

Hi,

Screenshot was made from a free version of URE. You may see this at the “About” tab. Look at the plugins list what version of URE is active. Deactivate free version and activate Pro one instead.

Thanks, I have User Role Editor 4.63.3 installed. What is the correct order of installing the Pro so that I don’t lose the custom Roles I already created?
