My client asked me where her users capacities have gone. Strangly they are gone now. Where there changes? I have all capacities selected for the users part. They are white listed too. What am I missing?

I made a mistake. I had Avada branding plugin block the users :-). So now my client can see the users.
The only thing now is that they can’t search in the users. It will show no results.
I use the Activate Administrator Menu Access module whitelisting. In the admin menu I have set the “block the selected”. I have read your documentation about the block not selected. I don’t understand what I can do now. Is there some setting somewhere that I missed?
