Missing Posts/Pages Editor Restrictions on Edit User Screen

Purchased the Pro version for the ability to manage Posts/Pages Editor Restrictions. Installed on a staging site and it worked properly (was running a previous version of WordPress). Was excited with this plugin that it was exactly what I needed.

When it was installed on the live site (with WordPress 4.9.1) the Posts/Pages Editor Restrictions section is not appearing on the Edit User screen. Additional Capabilities / Other Roles sections are appearing but not the Posts/Pages/Custom Post Types Editor Restrictions section (What to do, Own data only, with post ID, with category/taxonomy ID).

Thanks for the feedback.

“Posts/Pages Editor Restrictions” section is available at user profile for those users only who can edit posts. It’s also hidden if user has ‘administrator’ role.
