Slider Revolution Template Library Import Issue

I have a custom User Role that is suppose to be the same as Administrator, but with a few capabilities restricted. I use this in conjunction with Alter Admin Theme. My problem is that this sub-Administrator role is unable to import Slider Revolution templates from the ThemePunch library although I’d like them to be able to do so. The only way it works is to change their role to full Administrator.

Can you please give me some insight into how I can fix this conflict?

Show me screenshots what is going wrong? Does user see needed button or he gets permissions error message when try to select a template?
