What is the best practice to update to a new version?

We’re using the Pro version in our setup and I find it notably tedious to perform an update.
Manually downloading the plugin and jumping through hoops to get the new version into our setup without the plugin deactivating is quite a hassle.

So I’m wondering: What is the official fault-tolerant update process for URE Pro?

Like I said, we have the Pro version and our license is active. There is no update button on the plugin entry and when I attempt to update via dropdown, an error message says “Update package not available” (aproximate translation from German).

Any idea how we can fix this?

Ok, so now an update package was available and it worked, after this delay. Any idea what the problem could be?

May be temporal networking problem or update server fault…
